                                     Why We Care

Fiftieth Company classmates are committed to providing encouragement, prayers, and moral support to our comrades, their spouses, and children, who are facing difficult situations. Basically the Company would like to reach out to, and interact with, classmates and family members who have suffered a loss or who are going through a rough patch.  

We ask that any 50th Co classmate who hears of such cases please notify us as soon as possible so we can express our support and encouragement.  Let your spouse and children know of the program as well. Confidentiality, when requested, is strictly respected. The Company email is: info@oc2469.com  

This website page has two sections. The first provides information on, and links to the wide range of help available to former service members by the U.S. Veterans Administration, including, for example, treatment of illnesses attributed to exposure of Agent Orange in Vietnam, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder issues, and burial benefits. 

In the second section, “In Memoriam,” it expresses our desire to not only comfort their families, but also to honor and respect the memories of those who are no longer with us.
